The Levitronix® LPVS-i400P.1 pinch valve offers powerful and safe flow shut-off control without the use of pressurized air. It features an electromagnetic actuator, built-in control electronics, and a clamp head. Equipped with strong permanent magnets and an optimized electromagnetic circuit, the LPVS-i delivers a strong opening and closing force. Its bistable design enables users to set the valve’s default position as normally open or normally closed, all without the need for sustained energy. Additionally, each pinch valve can be paired with various tubing inserts to ensure compatibility with a wide range of tubing materials and sizes.
Strong Permanent Magnets
Equipped with an integrated actuator featuring strong permanent magnets and an optimized electromagnetic circuit, the LVPS-i delivers high clamping force—without the need for pressurized air.
Bistable Positioning
Thanks to its bistable design, the valve can be set to a normally closed or open default position. The default position can be easily adjusted using the Levitronix Service Software or the LUI-B.1 user panel.
Intrinsically Safe
In case of a power failure, the integrated capacitors provide sufficient stored energy to safely return the valve to its default position.
Bistable Solenoid Valve
The LPVS-i requires only a standard power socket—no extensive infrastructure or pressurized air is needed.
Seamless Integration
Built-in electronics and multiple communication interfaces—including PLC and RS485 fieldbus— allow for effortless integration into existing process systems.
Compatible with a Wide Range of Tube Materials and Sizes
Tube inserts enable users to customize the LPVS-i for different tubing dimensions and materials, including silicone as well as reinforced or braided tubing.
